Mould Design
We specialise in the development of high-quality production moulds and moulds for export. Our core team members have over a decade of experience in the design of injection and die-casting moulds, having served overseas markets including Europe, the Americas and Japan, and are well-versed in international standards. Our team is proficient in using UG (NX), Pro/E (Creo) and SolidWorks to deliver comprehensive 3D designs. Through mould flow analysis using Moldflow (injection moulding) and FLOW-3D CAST (die casting), we optimise gate control and cooling systems to minimise potential defects in advance. We specialise in extending mould life, improving production efficiency and reducing unit costs, whilst maintaining functionality. We also meet the requirements of overseas clients regarding custom mould steel grades, hot runner systems and component brands.
Project Management
We implement comprehensive project control throughout the entire process, with senior engineers overseeing every stage from design and machining to mould testing and delivery. Detailed plans are drawn up from the outset to ensure delivery times and quality are strictly managed. A complete technical dossier is compiled for each mould set, providing documentation such as design drawings, inspection data and mould testing parameters to meet export requirements. Mould machining
XINXIU’s Mould Manufacturing Division is equipped with multiple advanced MAKINO machining centres and SODICK wire-cut EDM machines, ensuring precision machining and surface quality for mould components. We comprehensively utilise the advanced IMOULD mould manufacturing system to achieve precise control throughout the entire process—from Moldflow analysis, DFM review, mould design, and mould manufacturing to trial moulding (TF), mass production (MP), and mould transportation. Each stage operates under stringent monitoring, guaranteeing stable and reliable delivery cycles and consistent quality.

2K Injection Moulds
XINXIU specialises in the design and manufacture of 2K injection moulds. A two-colour mould is an advanced process that involves two injection cycles on a single injection moulding machine using two different colours or types of plastic material, whilst the product is formed in a single moulding operation. The mould typically consists of two independent halves, with one mounted on the fixed platen of the fixed mould and the other on the rotating platen of the moving mould; the precise alignment of the two injections is achieved through the rotation of the moving mould. This process ensures the seamless integration of the two materials, eliminating the need for subsequent assembly. It is widely used in the automotive, electronics, household appliances and consumer goods sectors, meeting the diverse requirements for product comfort, aesthetics and durability.
Gas-assisted injection Moulds
XINXIU has accumulated many years of experience in the field of gas-assisted injection moulding. Gas-assisted moulding is an advanced injection moulding process that utilises high-pressure inert gas to form hollow channels within the moulded part. It can reduce material consumption by 10%–30%, shorten the moulding cycle by 30%–50%, significantly reduce residual stress and warpage, and eliminate surface sink marks. This technology is widely used in automotive components, household appliance casings and large structural parts, and is particularly suitable for the lightweight design of thick-walled, large flat parts.
Magnesium Alloy Die-Casting Moulds
Drawing on our extensive experience in magnesium alloy die-casting moulds, we offer a one-stop solution covering everything from product optimisation to mass production support. Magnesium alloy die-casting places high demands on moulds, requiring the precise design of gating and venting systems, as well as optimised cooling structures to ensure thermal equilibrium. This process offers short cycle times and high precision, and is widely used in the manufacture of automotive steering wheel frames, laptop casings, aircraft seat components and power tool housings.
Aluminium Alloy Die-Casting Moulds
We specialise in the research, development and manufacture of aluminium alloy die-casting moulds. Thanks to their low density, excellent thermal conductivity and high corrosion resistance, aluminium alloys are an ideal choice for lightweight manufacturing. Taking into account the specific characteristics of aluminium alloy die-casting, we meticulously optimise the gating, venting and cooling systems to ensure stable thermal equilibrium within the mould, thereby effectively extending its service life.
